In a few weeks Shade is expected to be in Japan for the first time. She is on a mission to learn more about the Japanese culture and in return serve up a spicy array of her Reggae Music.
"In the coming weeks you can find me in Jamaica just relaxing with my family for a few days on the north cost. "My family means a lot to me and because I will be gone for a long time I just want to spend some quality time with my dad and a few other member of my family".
On August 5th Shade will be in San Francisco for 3 days. She is scheduled to be at Jah Warrior Shelter Hi-Fi Toppa Top Thursdays, New Reggae Happy Hour and the on to doing some radio spots and also seeing the sites.
Japan will be the next stop after leaving San Francisco. "it’s takes 23 hour by plane from Miami to get to Japan that’s one of the reason why I plan on making a few stops.
I love that Japan is a whole new place for me to explore. My current plan is to be in Japan for at least 4 years and I am looking forward to working with some of the local artist there, so don't be shy to hit me up.”
Shade has her own personal studio equipped with state of the art equipments, a control24 mixing board, Digidesign Protools HD, the works. Let’s just say "she means business".
Shade is not only a creative and talented artist, she is incredably down to earth as well as an entrepreneur.
